A method for decreasing neovascularization in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of an IP receptor antagonist, thereby decreasing said neovascularization.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an IP receptor antagonist and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
An ophthalmic pharmaceutical formulation comprising an ophthalmic pharmaceutical composition and an ophthalmic pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, said ophthalmic pharmaceutical composition comprising an IP receptor antagonist.
