- where the alkyl, cycloalkyl, or Ar1 moieties may have hydrogen or deuterium atoms;
- R2 is hydrogen, fluoro, methoxy, or CD3O;
- R3 is hydrogen;
- R4 is s-butyl, trifluoropropyl, trifluoroethoxy, or trifluoroethylamino;
- R5 is fluoro;
