Abstract
The present invention relates inter alia to a compound of formula (I) and to compositions comprising the same and to the use of the compounds and to compositions of the compounds in treatment, for example in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, in particular respiratory inflammatory disease. The invention also extends to methods of making the said compounds.

A compound of formula (I)
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, including all stereoisomers, tautomers and isotopic derivatives thereof.
An intermediate of formula (II):
- wherein LG1 represents a leaving group or a protected derivate thereof.
A process for preparing a compound of formula (I) comprising reacting a compound of formula (II):
- or a protected derivative thereof,
- wherein LG1 represents a leaving group, with a fragment:
- under conditions appropriate to provide compound of formula (I) or a protected derivative thereof and, if necessary, deprotecting the protected compound to yield a compound of formula (I).
A compound of formula (Ia)
