Abstract
Dithiopyr capsule suspension formulations, possessing a broad range of capsule wall thicknesses and diameters are disclosed. These capsules have decreased volatility and provide enhanced biological activity when compared with commercial dithiopyr in water formulations.

A composition comprising capsules having a diameter of from about 1 micrometer to about 10 micrometers, the capsules encapsulating dithiopyr.
A composition comprising capsules having an average diameter of about 10 micrometers and having an average wall thickness of about 40 nanometers, the capsules encapsulating dithiopyr.
A composition comprising capsules, wherein the capsules comprise about a 1:1 mixtures of first and second capsules,
- wherein the first capsules having an average diameter of about 6 micrometers and having an average wall thickness of about 20 nanometers;
- wherein the second capsules having an average diameter of about 10 micrometers and having an average wall thickness of about 10 nanometers;
- and
- wherein the capsules encapsulate dithiopyr.
The composition of claim 47 comprising from about 120 to about 240 g/L dithiopyr.
The composition of claim 47 comprising about 12 wt % dithiopyr.
