A method of assessing status of a human subject with a solid tumor cancer, comprising:
- quantifying an amount of one or more cancer-associated somatic mutation in a nucleic acid sequence in a sample obtained from the subject with the solid tumor cancer, wherein the subject has completed one or more cycle of therapy.
