Abstract
The invention comprises a product. The product comprises a substrate having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface and a layer of cementitious material on the first primary surface. The product further comprises decorative aggregate particles partially embedded in the layer of cementitious material. A method of making the product is also disclosed.

A product comprising:
- a substrate having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface;
- a layer of cementitious material on the first primary surface;
- and
- decorative aggregate particles partially embedded in the layer of cementitious material.

- applying a layer of cementitious material to a first primary surface of a substrate;
- and
- partially embedding decorative aggregate particles in the layer of cementitious material before the layer of cementitious material has reached final set or cure.
