Multipurpose Gravity Air Compressor

A method of compressing air comprising:

• providing the multi-purpose air compressor apparatus as claimed in claimed 1;
• compressing air with the multi-purpose air compressor apparatus;
• transporting said piston back to the multi-purpose air compressor apparatus;
• and
• depositing said piston into the multi-purpose air compressor apparatus.

A multi-purpose air compressor apparatus for compressing compressible fluid, comprising:

• an opening for at least one a compressible fluid entrance for said fluid and a piston entrance, larger in diameter than the diameter of the piston for said piston;
• a compressible fluid exit for said compressible fluid;
• a piston exit, larger in diameter than the diameter of the piston, configured for the exit of said piston;
• a piston with slideability sufficiently weighted and configured to move down an elongated hollow tube larger in diameter than the piston, by the force of gravity and the piston configured to substantially be capable of fluid isolation from each other and configured to be capable of compressing said compressible fluid;
• a cylinder with adequate strength, vertically positioned, larger in diameter than the piston and configured to allow the piston to move down the cylinder by the force of gravity wherein the cylinder with respect to at least one of said compressible fluid entrance, said compressible fluid exit, said piston entrance, said piston exit;
• and
• a transporter configured to transport the piston from the piston exit to the piston entrance and the transporter configured to at least one, lower, drop, and deposit the piston into the cylinder at predetermined intervals and configured to allow appropriate time to at least one compress the compressible fluid in the cylinder, for said cylinder to replenish said compressible fluid, compress the compressible fluid in between one or more said piston before another said piston is introduced into the cylinder;
• wherein tubing with adequate strength is wrapped around and about the outside of the cylinder;
• wherein the tubing has an entrance for a fluid;
• and
• wherein the tubing has an exit to exit the fluid.
