Abstract
Various devices for reconditioning golf tees are disclosed herein.
Claims14
A device for reconditioning a golf tee, the device comprising:
- a body having a bore extending into the body, wherein a portion of the bore is sized only to accommodate a golf tee, and wherein the bore terminates at a blunt conical point;
- an opening positioned along a portion of the blunt conical point;
- and
- a cutting member positioned over a portion of the opening, wherein the cutting member is coupled to an outer surface of the body, and wherein the cutting member is offset from a centerline of the bore.

A device for reconditioning a golf tee, the device comprising:
- an inner body having a bore, wherein a portion of the bore is sized only to accommodate an outer diameter of a golf tee, and wherein the bore terminates at a blunt conical point having an opening positioned along a portion of the blunt conical point;
- a blade coupled to an outer portion of the inner body, wherein the blade is positioned along the blunt conical point, and wherein the blade is offset from a centerline of the bore;
- and
- an outer housing having an elongated body, a recess extending into the elongated body, and an aperture, wherein the location of the aperture corresponds to the opening on the inner body,
- wherein the inner body is fitted into the outer housing and the blade is secured between the inner body and the outer housing.
