Abstract
A processing device and method is provided. According to an illustrative embodiment, the device and method is implemented by detecting a face region of an image, setting at least one action region according to the position of the face region, comparing image data corresponding to the at least one action region to the detection information for purposes of determining whether or not a predetermined action has been performed, and generating a notification when it is determined that the predetermined action has been performed.

A processing device, comprising:
- an imaging apparatus configured to capture an image;
- a detecting unit configured to detect an action in said captured image;
- an action determination unit configured to compare said detected action with a predetermined action to determine that said predetermined action has been performed;
- a notification processing unit configured to generate a notification when said predetermined action has been determined;
- and
- a processing unit configured to prevent processing corresponding to said predetermined action from being performed within a predetermined time after said notification is generated.

- in an information processing device:
- capturing an image;
- detecting an action in said captured image;
- comparing said detected action with a predetermined action to determine that said predetermined action has been performed;
- generating a notification when said predetermined action has been determined;
- and
- preventing processing corresponding to said predetermined action from being performed within a predetermined time after said notification is generated.
