Secured communication channel between client device and device management service

A system comprising:

• a client application running on a client device;
• and
• at least one care application running on a platform, wherein the platform issues a request comprising an electronic message with an electronic link, wherein the platform receives a response message from the client device that is generated upon activation of the electronic link, wherein a secure channel is established between the platform and the client application upon receipt of the response message, wherein the establishment of the secure channel comprises the client application logging into the at least one care application with a device identification that was received from the platform during an enrollment transaction, wherein a session is conducted over the secure channel that comprises the at least one care application remotely controlling the client device via the client application.
