Abstract
An information distribution device includes a distribution unit, a storage unit, and a display unit. The distribution unit distributes trial content to a portable terminal. The storage unit stores history information of the trial content being distributed by the distribution unit. The display unit displays, as user selectable content, content selected based on the history information of the trial content being distributed, which is stored in the storage unit.
Claims20
An apparatus for distributing content in electronic form to a user device;
- comprising
- a content server maintaining full content and trial content representative of an item of the full content;
- a memory configured to store history information regarding the downloading, to a user device, of the trial content;
- and
- a display operably connected to the content server and memory and capable of displaying full content that has been selected based, at least in part, on the history information.
An information distribution device comprising:
- a distribution unit configured to distribute trial content to a portable terminal;
- a storage unit configured to store history information of the trial content being distributed by the distribution means;
- and
- a display unit configured to display, as user selectable content, a content selected based on the history information of the trial content being distributed, which is stored in the storage unit.
A non-transitory computer readable medium having stored therein an information distribution program for causing a computer to execute a method for distributing content, said method comprising the steps of:
- distributing a trial content to a portable terminal;
- storing history information of the trial content being distributed;
- and
- displaying content selected based on the history information of the trial content being distributed as user selectable content.
