Abstract
The present invention provides a versatile, automated system for processing mortgages in a convenient, easy and economical manner. The system of the present disclosure provides an operational kernel that consolidates all aspects of applying for, processing, underwriting, and approving a mortgage. The system provides various structures, engines and methods for consolidating all aspects of mortgage application, handling, administration and approval processes within a unified operational environment.
Claims15
A system for processing a mortgage application, the system comprising:
- a module operable to acquire applicant goals;
- a module operable to acquire available options to an applicant;
- a module operable to compare the available options to the applicant goals;
- a module operable to identify one or more available options for presentation to the applicant;
- a module operable to present the identified option to the applicant;
- and
- a module operable to acquire an identification of a preferred option.
A method for processing a mortgage application, the method comprising the steps of:
- providing a module operable to acquire applicant goals;
- providing a module operable to acquire available options to an applicant;
- providing a module operable to compare the available options to the applicant goals;
- providing a module operable to identify one or more available options for presentation to the applicant;
- providing a module operable to present the identified option to the applicant;
- and
- providing a module operable to acquire an identification of a preferred option.
The method of claim 10, wherein the modules are disposed on one or more servers operably connected to the internet.
The method of claim 13, wherein the background information includes the applicant's credit history.
