Abstract
Provided herein are systems and methods for maintaining breast or udder health. The systems include a first container comprising a top and a bottom, one or more cups attached to the top of the container and a first temperature-controlling element for providing vapor from the container to a breast or udder via the cup.

A device, comprising:
- a. a container-section configured to hold a substance which can produce a gas;
- b. a receptacle-section configured to receive a breast or udder and which is in fluid communication with the container-section effective to deliver the gas to the breast or udder;
- and,
- c. an anti-spill component configured to alleviate or prevent the substance in non-gaseous form from entering the receptacle section.

A device, comprising:
- a. a container configured to hold a substance which can produce a gas, wherein the container has a top and a bottom;
- b. a receptacle configured to receive a breast or udder;
- and,
- c. a heating element, a cooling element or both for providing temperature-controlled gas from the container to the receptacle.

A method, comprising:
- a. directing a gas at a desired temperature which assists milking or feeding to a breast or udder by placing a cup-shaped portion of a device around at least a portion of the breast or udder, wherein the device is configured to generate and release gas at the desired temperature;
- b. feeding or pumping use a breast pump or milking machine;
- and, optionally,
- c. directing a cool vapor to the breast or udder through the cup-shaped portion of the device after feeding.
