Quinazoline derivatives as kinases inhibitors and methods of use thereof

A compound of Formula I:

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof, wherein
• R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C3 alkyl, and F;
• R3 is selected from C1-C6 linear alkyl, C1-C6 branched alkyl, tetrahydrofuran-3-yl, —(CH2)m-morpholine, and —(CH2)m-piperazine-N(C1-C3 alkyl), wherein C1-C6 linear alkyl and C1-C6 branched alkyl are optionally substituted by one or more halogens or C1-C3 alkoxy group;
• m is 2 or 3;
• n is 0, 1, 2 or 3;
• X is selected from carbon, O and N—R6, with the proviso that when n is 0 or n is 3, X is neither O nor N—R6;
• R4 and R5 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C3 alkyl, F, and Cl;
• R6 is C1-C3 alkyl, optionally substituted by one or more halogens, hydroxy or C1-C3 alkoxy group.
