• p is 0, 1 or 2,
• R6, R6′ are independently selected from:
• (1) hydrogen, (2) C1-6 alkyl, (3) C2-6 alkenyl, (4) C2-6 alkynyl, (5) 3-14 membered cycloalkyl, (6) 6-14 membered aryl, (7) 3-14 membered heterocyclyl, containing one or more heteroatoms selected from N, S, O and/or SO2, (8) —COC1-6 alkyl, (9) —COC2-6 alkenyl, or (10) —COC2-6 alkynyl;

• R5 is selected from the following groups which are unsubstituted or substituted by 1-3 R7:
• (1) 3-14 membered cycloalkyl,
• (2) 6-14 membered aryl,
• (3) 3-14 membered heterocyclyl, or
• (4) 5-14 membered heteroaryl,
• R7 is selected from halogen, carboxyl, hydroxyl, amino, cyano, nitro, C1-6 alkyl, carboxyl C1-6 alkyl, hydroxyl C1-6 alkyl, amino C1-6 alkyl, halo C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxyl, halo C1-6 alkoxyl, C1-6 alkoxyl C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkyl amino, di(C1-6 alkyl)amino, di(C1-6 alkyl)amino C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkyl carbonyl, C1-6 alkyl carbonyloxy, C1-6 alkoxyl carbonyl, carbamyl, carbamyl C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkyl carbamyl, di(C1-6 alkyl)carbamyl, aminosulfonyl, aminosulfonyl C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkyl aminosulfonyl, di(C1-6 alkyl)aminosulfonyl, C1-6 alkyl sulfonylamino, C1-6 alkyl sulfonyl, C1-6 alkyl carbonylamino or guanidino.
