Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition for regenerating an endothelial cell which includes as an active ingredient a DKK2 protein or a polynucleotide encoding the DKK2 protein, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating erectile dysfunction, a method of regenerating an endothelial cell of a subject and a method of preventing or treating erectile dysfunction of a subject and which treat or prevent erectile dysfunction in a subject.

A pharmaceutical composition for regenerating an endothelial cell, the pharmaceutical composition comprising a DKK2 protein or a polynucleotide encoding the DKK2 protein as an active ingredient.
A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating erectile dysfunction, the pharmaceutical composition comprising a DKK2 protein or a polynucleotide encoding the DKK2 protein as an active ingredient.
A method of regenerating an endothelial cell of a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition for regenerating an endothelial cell which comprises as an active ingredient of a DKK2 protein or a polynucleotide encoding the DKK2 protein in an effective amount for the regeneration of an endothelial cell.
A method of preventing or treating erectile dysfunction of a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating erectile dysfunction which comprises as an active ingredient a DKK2 protein or a polynucleotide encoding the DKK2 protein in an effective amount for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
