Abstract
Methods and compositions for modifying stem cells using one or more ZFPs are disclosed. Such methods and compositions are useful for facilitating processes such as, for example, dedifferentiating cells, differentiating stem cells into the desired phenotype, propagating stem cells and/or facilitating cloning.
Claims6
A method of modulating HOXB4 gene expression in an isolated cell, the method comprising the step of administering one or more polynucleotides encoding one or more fusion proteins to the isolated cell, each fusion protein comprising a transcriptional regulatory domain and a DNA-binding domain that binds to a target site in HOXB4.
