An electrode structure includes a rolled graphene film which is wound about a central axis, and a nanomaterial dispersed on a surface of the rolled graphene film.

An electrode structure comprising:
- a rolled graphene film which is wound about a central axis, and
- a nanomaterial dispersed on a surface of the rolled graphene film.
A method of manufacturing an electrode structure, the method comprising:
- providing a graphene oxide film comprising a nanomaterial dispersed on a surface thereof;
- winding the graphene oxide film about a central axis;
- separating a portion of the wound graphene oxide film from a remainder of the wound graphene oxide film;
- and
- reducing the separated portion of the wound graphene oxide film.
