Abstract
Compositions of multipeptide vaccines including tumor associated antigens, compositions of antigen presenting cell (e.g., dendritic cell) based vaccines presenting epitopes from tumor associated antigens, and methods of making same, are provided herein. Also, disclosed are methods for treating ovarian cancers using such vaccines.

A composition comprising a mixture of at least one major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I epitope of at least five antigens selected from the group consisting of mesothelin, HER-2/neu, IL-13 receptor α2, survivin, CD133, gp100, AIM-2, and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).

A composition comprising isolated dendritic cells, wherein the dendritic cells present peptide sequences on their cell surface, wherein the peptide sequences comprise at least one major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I epitope of at least five antigens selected from the group consisting of mesothelin, HER-2/neu, IL-13 receptor α2, survivin, CD133, gp100, AIM-2, and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
