Abstract
The present invention relates to a novel benzoic acid amide derivative compound, isomers thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, prodrugs thereof, hydrates thereof, or solvates thereof. The novel compound has excellent skin whitening effects.

A compound of Chemical Formula 1, an isomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a prodrug thereof, a hydrate thereof or a solvate thereof:
- wherein each of R1, R3 and R4 is independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-C5 alkoxy, C3-C6 cycloalkoxy, aryloxy and C1-C5 haloalkoxy;
- R2 is selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C5 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, aryl and C1-C5 haloalkyl;
- and
- n is an integer selected from 1 to 5.
