Abstract
A composite getter system is described. The system has NEG materials coated with a polyimide or polyamide based compound.
Claims19
A composite getter system comprising:
- at least one NEG material, and at least one polyimide and/or polyamide based compound,
- wherein at least 80% of the NEG materials surface, which once put in place within a gas sensitive device faces an empty ambient surrounding the composite getter system within said gas sensitive device, is coated with said polyimide and/or polyamide based compound and said coating has a thickness comprised between 0.1 and 1 mm.
