System and method for dynamic and customized questionnaire generation

A computer readable medium storing computer executable instructions for causing a computer to perform a method of generating a customized questionnaire, wherein the customized questionnaire is customized for an entity, comprising the steps of:

• retrieving a set of questions;
• retrieving customization logic associated with the customized questionnaire for customizing the set of questions according to entity-specific data, wherein the customization logic comprises a reference for obtaining the entity-specific data from a database;
• employing the reference to generate a query for obtaining the entity-specific data from the database;
• receiving the entity-specific data in response to the query;
• and
• processing the customization logic and the entity specific data to render the customized questionnaire.

A system for providing a customized questionnaire, said system comprising:

• a storage device comprising a set of questions;
• one or more processors;
• and
• memory coupled to the one or more processors, the memory storing instructions including customization logic associated with the customized questionnaire for customizing the set of questions according to entity-specific data, wherein the customization logic comprises a reference for obtaining the entity-specific data from a database, and wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
• retrieving the set of questions from the storage device;
• employing the reference to generate a query for obtaining the entity-specific data from the database;
• receiving the entity-specific data in response to the query;
• and
• processing the customization logic and the entity-specific data to render the customized questionnaire.

A system for providing a customized questionnaire, said system comprising:

• a storage device comprising a set of questions;
• a processor;
• and
• a memory coupled with the processor, the memory comprising a computer readable medium having a questionnaire rendering engine embodied therein, said questionnaire rendering engine comprising customization logic for the customization of the customized questionnaire according to entity-specific data.
