Abstract
A prosthesis is disclosed for placement at an Os opening from a main body lumen to a branch body lumen. The prosthesis includes a radially expansible support at one end, a circumferentially extending link at the other end and at least one frond extending axially therebetween. The support is configured to be deployed in the branch body lumen, with the circumferentially extending link in the main lumen and the frond extendable across the Os.

A prosthesis capable of being carried through a patient's vasculature over an expandable balloon and of being deployed at an ostium opening from a first body lumen to a second body lumen, the prosthesis comprising:
- a radially expansible support having a cylindrical body extending between a distal end and a proximal end of the support and along a longitudinal axis of the prosthesis, the support configured to be deployed in at least a portion of the first body lumen;
- and
- a plurality of elongate members extending axially from either the proximal or distal end of the support and disposed along the longitudinal axis, the elongate members configured to be positioned across the ostium opening and into the second body lumen, wherein one or more of the elongate members have a different length along the longitudinal axis than other elongate members of the plurality of elongate members.
A prosthesis capable of being carried through a patient's vasculature and of being deployed at an ostium opening, the prosthesis comprising:
- a radially expandable scaffold section having a first wall pattern;
- a frond section comprising a plurality of elongate members extending axially from a proximal end of the radially expandable scaffold section, the frond section having a second wall pattern different from the first wall pattern;
- and
- a circumferential member spaced from the radially expandable scaffold section and coupled with a proximal portion of the frond section at least during advancement through the patient's vasculature to a target site,
- wherein one or more elongate members of the plurality of elongate members have a free proximal end not coupled with the circumferential member at least when the prosthesis is deployed at the target site.
