A surgical implant for treating a pelvic health disorder comprising:
- a synthetic mesh material having a major portion and at least two projections extending from the major portion, the two projections sized and shaped to extend to an obturator foramen while the major portion is positioned to support tissue of the vagina, urethra, or bladder neck,
- wherein each of the projections includes a connector capable of being connected to a distal end of a surgical needle.
