Abstract
There is provided a system and method for determining a gender and age of a player of a game. There is a method comprising capturing an image of at least one player, and determining the gender and age of the player based on the image. In this manner, the game may be customized to be more relevant or attractive to the player's gender and/or age group.

A device for determining at least one of a gender and an age of a player of a game, the device comprising:
- a processor configured to:
- capture an image;
- determine the at least one of the gender and the age of the player of the game based on the image using at least one of facial recognition and facial perception;
- modify a length of the game based on the at least one of the gender and the age of the player of the game;
- and
- present the modified game to the player on a display.
A method for use by a device having a processor for determining at least one of a gender and an age of a player of a game, the method comprising:
- capturing an image by the processor;
- determining the at least one of the gender and the age of the player of the game based on the image using at least one of facial recognition and facial perception;
- modifying a length of the game based on the at least one of the gender and the age of the player of the game;
- and
- presenting the modified game to the player on a display.
The method of claim 31, wherein the device does not ask the player for the gender and the age of the player.
The method of claim 31, wherein the game is modified without confirmation from the player.
