Abstract
Provided are a conductive layer and a method of manufacturing the same. The conductive layer is formed without, so called, a high temperature process but has suitable crystallinity, excellent transparency and excellent resistance characteristic, and the method of manufacturing the same is also provided.
Claims19
A conductive layer that has a peak at (222) or (400) plane in an X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern and that is formed on a surface, of which a contact angle at a room temperature with respect to distilled water is 75 degrees or more.
A conductive film, comprising:
- a base layer having a surface contact angle of 75 degrees or more;
- and
- a conductive layer formed on a surface of the base layer having a contact angle of 75 degrees or more and having a peak at (222) or (400) plane in an X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern.
A method of manufacturing a conductive layer, comprising
- forming a conductive layer on a surface having a contact angle of 75 degrees or more.
