Compositions and methods for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases are disclosed.
Claims28
A method for inhibiting an inflammatory or autoimmune disease in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering at least one RhoB inhibitor to said subject.
A composition comprising at least one antibody and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein said antibody is immunologically specific for SEQ ID NO:
- 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, or 8.
An isolated antibody immunologically specific for SEQ ID NO:
- 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, or 8.
An isolated peptide having a sequence with at least 90% identity with SEQ ID NO:
- 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, or 8.
A method for treating a condition or disorder associated with increased levels of immunoglobulin in the blood serum in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering at least one RhoB inhibitor to said subject.
