The present invention relates to the combination therapy of anti-HER3 antibodies with certain anti-HER antibodies.

An antibody which binds to human HER3 for use in the treatment of cancer in combination with an antibody which binds to human HER2 and which inhibits dimerization of HER2, wherein the cancer is a HER2-normal cancer.
An antibody which binds to human HER3 for use in the treatment of cancer in combination with an antibody which binds to human HER1, wherein at least one of the antibody which binds to human HER3 and the antibody which binds to human HER1 is characterized in that the antibody is glycosylated with a sugar chain at Asn297 whereby the amount of fucose within said sugar chain is 65% or lower.
