Compounds of formula (I)
- in which
- either
- X stands for a bond and Y for a nitrogen atom or
- X stands for the —NH— group and Y stands for the —CH— group, and
- R1 and R2, independently of one another, stand for hydrogen or a C1-C6 alkyl group, and
- m is 0 or 1, and
- n is 0 or 1, and
- o is 0 or 1, and
- p is 0 or 1,
- wherein
- the sum of m, n, o and p is at least 2, if Rb1 and Rb2 form a bridge, and
- RS1 and RS1, independently of one another, stand for hydrogen or a C1-C6 alkyl group, or
- RS2 together with RS1 forms a keto group —C(O)—,
- or
- RS2 together with RS1 and the carbon atom to which RS1 and RS2 are bound, forms a saturated 3- to 8-membered carbocycle or heterocycle, which optionally
- (i) can be substituted one or more times, identically or differently, with halogen, hydroxy, cyano, nitro and/or with a C1-C3 alkyl, halo-C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, halo-C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6-alkoxy-C1-C6 alkyl and/or C1-C6 alkylcarbonyl residue, and/or
- (ii) can contain a keto group —C(O)—, and
- Rb1 and Rb2 stand for hydrogen, or
- Rb1 and Rb2 form a bridge consisting of one of the groups
- —O—, —C(O)—, —NR3—, —NR4—CHR5— or —CHR6—CHR7—
- wherein R3, R4, R5, R6 and/or R7, independently of one another, stand for hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 alkoxy group or the group —C(O)—R8 with R8 standing for a C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 alkoxy group
- with the proviso,
- that either
- Rb1 and Rb2 form a bridge,
- or
- RS2 together with RS1 and the carbon atom to which RS1 and RS2 are bound, forms a saturated 3- to 8-membered carbocycle or heterocycle,
- or that
- Rb1 and Rb2 form a bridge,
- and
- RS2 together with RS1 and the carbon atom to which RS1 and RS2 are bound, forms a saturated 3- to 8-membered carbocycle or heterocycle,
- and the diastereomers, racemates and physiologically compatible salts thereof.
