Abstract
Methods of treating individuals with a glucose metabolism disorder and/or a body weight disorder, and compositions associated therewith, are provided.
Claims50
A polypeptide comprising:
- a) a polypeptide comprising at least one modification to the polypeptide depicted in FIG. 1B (SEQ ID NO:3), wherein the modification does not alter the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide, or
- b) a mutein polypeptide of the sequence depicted in FIG. 1B (SEQ ID NO:3), wherein the mutein polypeptide comprises at least one modification that does not alter the amino acid sequence of the mutein polypeptide;
- wherein the modification improves at least one physical property of the polypeptide or the mutein polypeptide.
