Abstract
A purified solution of human plasma, MNCs and platelets isolated from whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue wherein said purified solution comprises at least 90% by number of the MNCs in said whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue, said purified solution comprises at most 10% by number of the red blood cells and granulocytes in said whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue, and said purified solution is isolated and separated from said whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue during a single centrifugation run.
Claims13
A purified solution of human plasma, MNCs and platelets isolated from whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue wherein:
- a. said purified solution comprises at least 90% by number of the MNCs in said whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue;
- b. said purified solution comprises at most 10% by number of the red blood cells and granulocytes in said whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue;
- and
- c. said purified solution is isolated and separated from said whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue during a single centrifugation run.
A purified solution of MNCs comprising at least 90% MNCs by weight wherein:
- a. said solution is purified from a sample of whole blood, bone marrow, or stromal vascular fraction cells separated from adipose tissue;
- b. said solution is purified by depleting at least 90% of RBCs from said sample without the use of a density gradient medium or buffer;
- and
- c. said solution is purified within a single disposable unit.
A purified solution of human plasma, MNCs and platelets created by:
- a. depleting at least 90% of the RBCs from a sample of whole blood, bone marrow, or vascular stromal fraction cells separated from adipose tissue;
- b. wherein said depletion occurs in an accelerated frame of reference, within a single disposable device, and without the use of a density gradient medium or a buffer.
A purified solution of human plasma, MNCs and platelets created by:
- a. depleting at least 90% of the RBCs from a sample of whole blood, bone marrow, or vascular stromal fraction cells separated from adipose tissue;
- b. wherein said depletion occurs under more than one gravity of acceleration, within a single disposable device, and without the use of a density gradient medium or a buffer.
