A protective sheet includes a base layer, an interfacial layer, and a skin layer stacked in order. The base layer includes an aromatic polycarbonate resin, the interfacial layer includes an aliphatic polycarbonate resin; and the skin layer includes a cycloolefin polymer (COP) resin.

A protective sheet for liquid crystal display screens, the protective sheet comprising:
- a base layer;
- an interfacial layer;
- and
- a skin layer, stacked in order,
- wherein the base layer includes an aromatic polycarbonate resin, the interfacial layer includes an aliphatic polycarbonate resin, and the skin layer includes a cycloolefin polymer resin.
