Abstract
A method of fabricating silicon carbide according to the embodiment comprises the steps of preparing a mixture by mixing a silicon source comprising silicon with a solid carbon source or a carbon source comprising an organic carbon compound; supplying binder into the mixture to granulate the mixture; and reacting the granulated mixture.

A method of fabricating silicon carbide, the method comprising:
- preparing a mixture by mixing a silicon source comprising silicon with a carbon source
- supplying binder into the mixture to granulate the mixture;
- and
- reacting the granulated mixture,
- wherein the carbon source comprises a solid carbon or an organic carbon compound,
- wherein the binder has contents in a range of about 1 weight % to about 10 weight % based on the mixture.

A method of fabricating silicon carbide, the method comprising:
- preparing a mixture by mixing a silicon source comprising silicon with a carbon source;
- supplying a solvent comprising water, alcohol, or acetone into the mixture to granulate the mixture;
- and
- reacting the granulated mixture,
- wherein the carbon source comprises a solid carbon or an organic carbon compound,
- wherein the solvent has contents in a range of about 1 weight % to about 20 weight % based on the mixture.
