Abstract
An apparatus for refilling a cylindrical wipes dispenser. The apparatus includes a plurality of rectangular wipes configured in a flat stack and having packaging that contains an opening mechanism. The opening mechanism is operable for opening the apparatus to allow common removal of the plurality of rectangular wipes. The plurality of rectangular wipes are interleaved and folded to form an indentation along a longitudinal axis of the plurality of rectangular wipes. The plurality of rectangular wipes is operable to be folded along the indentation to form a V shape for insertion into a cylindrical dispensing container. The width of the rectangular flat stack wipes is slightly larger than the diameter of the dispensing cylinder.
Claims20
An apparatus comprising:
- a plurality of flat stacked rectangular wipes, wherein said plurality of flat stacked rectangular wipes are interleaved and folded to form an indentation along a longitudinal axis thereof, and wherein further said plurality of flat stacked rectangular wipes is operable to be folded along said indentation to form a V shape for insertion as a refill pack into a dispensing container;
- and
- packaging surrounding said plurality of flat stacked rectangular wipes comprising an opening mechanism operable for opening said packaging to allow common removal of said plurality of flat stacked rectangular wipes.
A wipes dispenser comprising:
- a cylindrical container having an opening;
- a lid assembly operable for dispensing wipes, wherein said lid assembly comprises a dispensing mechanism, wherein said cylindrical container has a height greater than its diameter;
- and
- a plurality of rectangular wipes in a vertical configuration within said cylindrical container, wherein said plurality of rectangular wipes are interleaved and folded to form an indentation along a longitudinal axis of said plurality of rectangular wipes, wherein said plurality of rectangular wipes are folded along said indentation to form a V shape, arid wherein said plurality of rectangular wipes are dispensed from a center portion of said V shape through said dispensing mechanism and wherein further a width of said plurality of rectangular wipes is slightly larger than said diameter of said cylindrical container.
An apparatus comprising:
- a container cylindrical in shape and operable for dispensing a first plurality of wipes through a first dispensing mechanism, wherein a height of said container is greater than a diameter of said container;
- and
- a package comprising a second plurality of wipes, wherein second said plurality of wipes are interleaved and folded to form an indentation along a longitudinal axis of said plurality of wipes, wherein said plurality of wipes are operable to be folded along said indentation to form a V shape and operable to be inserted into said container wherein a width of said second plurality of wipes is larger than said diameter of said container.
