A semiconductor structure and a fabricating process for the same are provided. The semiconductor structure includes a micro battery cell coupled to a solar cell by a semiconductor fabricating process.

A fabricating process for fabricating a rechargeable battery assembly, comprising:
- providing a semiconductor substrate;
- providing a solar charger;
- providing a micro battery cell formed on the semiconductor substrate;
- and
- coupling the solar charger to the micro battery cell.
