Device for detachably, adjustably securing a toilet to the ground

A device for detachably, adjustably securing a toilet to the ground comprising:

• two curved plates each comprising a curved slot in an intermediate portion, the curved slot including a wide section and a narrow section, two end holes, two holed projections proximate the end holes respectively, and a plurality of bottom protuberances each disposed between the curved slot and either holed projection;
• two curved spacers placed on the ground and comprising an intermediate protrusion and two bossed holes proximate both ends respectively, the bossed holes being inserted through the end holes to fit the protrusion between facing ends of the curved plates so that the curved spacer and the curved plates are joined;
• two threaded fasteners each comprising a head capable of freely passing the wide section but not passing the narrow section so as to threadedly secure to the toilet, and a bare section capable of frictionally moving along the narrow section so as to relatively position the toilet with respect to the device;
• and
• two threaded fastening members driven through the holed projections respectively to secure the toilet to the ground.
