## Abstract

A system for providing an information guide of a first end user device to a second end user device is provided. The system receives an identifier of the second end user device from a user of the first end user device. The identifier of the second end user device is stored in a database in association with the first end user device. The information guide of the first end user device is transmitted to the second end user device based on the identifier of the second end user device in response to a predetermined condition of the first end user device being detected. A transmission of the information guide is configured to perform a predetermined action on the second end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A system for providing an information guide of a first end user device to a second end user device, the system comprising:
a processor; and
a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations including:
receiving an identifier of the second end user device from a user of the first end user device, the second end user device being different than the first end user device;
storing the identifier of the second end user device in a database in association with the first end user device;
transmitting the information guide of the first end user device to the second end user device based on the identifier of the second end user device in response to a predetermined condition of the first end user device being detected; and
configuring a transmission of the information guide of the first end user device to the second end user device to perform a predetermined action on the second end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined action includes referencing a specific portion of the information guide of the first end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined action includes prompting a user of the second end user device to verify a setting of the first end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined action includes automatically executing one of a file and an application of the information guide based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The system to claim 1, wherein the predetermined condition of the first end user device includes an abnormality of the first end user device.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The system according to claim 5, wherein the operations further comprise:
monitoring the first end user device for the abnormality.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The system according to claim 6, wherein the processor remotely monitors the first end user device for the abnormality.

### Claim 8 (depends on 5)

The system according to claim 5, wherein the first end user device includes an installed application which monitors for the abnormality.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the operations further comprise:
receiving a request for the transmission of the information guide, and
the predetermined condition includes a transmission of the request.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The system according to claim 9, wherein the request is received from the user of the first end user device.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the identifier of the second end user device is received during a registration process of the first end user device.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the identifier of the second end user device is specifically associated with the second end user device and not associated with any other end user device.

### Claim 13 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the information guide includes instructions for the first end user device.

### Claim 14 (depends on 1)

The system according to claim 1, wherein the information guide comprises an instructional video for the first end user device.

### Claim 15

A method for providing an information guide of a first end user device to a second end user device, the method comprising:
receiving an identifier of the second end user device from a user of the first end user device, the second end user device being different than the first end user device;
storing, in a memory, the identifier of the second end user device in association with the first end user device;
transmitting, via a network interface, the information guide of the first end user device to the second end user device based on the identifier of the second end user device in response to a predetermined condition of the first end user device being detected; and
configuring, by a processor, a transmission of the information guide to the second end user device to perform a predetermined action on the second end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

The method according to claim 15, wherein the predetermined action includes referencing a specific portion of the information guide of the first end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 17 (depends on 15)

The method according to claim 15, wherein the predetermined condition of the first end user device includes an abnormality of the first end user device.

### Claim 18

A non-transitory computer-readable medium having an executable computer program for providing an information guide of a first end user device to a second end user device that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform operations comprising:
receiving an identifier of the second end user device from a user of the first end user device, the second end user device being different than the first end user device;
storing the identifier of the second end user device in a database in association with the first end user device;
transmitting the information guide of the first end user device to the second end user device based on the identifier of the second end user device in response to a predetermined condition of the first end user device being detected; and
configuring a transmission of the information guide to the second end user device to perform a predetermined action on the second end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 19 (depends on 18)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 18, wherein the predetermined action includes referencing a specific portion of the information guide of the first end user device based on the predetermined condition of the first end user device.

### Claim 20 (depends on 18)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 18, wherein the predetermined condition of the first end user device includes an abnormality of the first end user device.
