## Abstract

A system and method to provide fast charge and discharge of electrical power without wires between two elements configured to have resonant tuned coils and circuits. The coils are energized by a power source that includes super capacitors, fast charging batteries and oscillating power management system.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A system and method to provide fast charge and discharge of electrical power without wires, comprising:
a. two elements configured to have resonant tuned coils and circuits, the coils being energized by electric power transferred from a power source with a receiving circuit that includes super capacitors, fast charging batteries and oscillating power management system;
b. the electric power from the super capacitors and the fast charging batteries to the long term storage slow charge batteries to optimize the transfer rate and overall charge and cycle management of the entire system;
c. the measurement and dynamic tuning of the voltage, cycle rate, amperage between the transmitting and receiving system based on the overall charge level and transfer rate of the system and the distance between the transmission and receiving coils;
d. the use of ferrite and movable physical elements to create directional EMF to optimize the transmission and reception of the EMF based on at least one of time duration, road and distance conditions at the time of transfer; and
e. the optimization of charge, use and discharge of such power based on the type of electric storage devices and management systems in the electric vehicle

### Claim 2

A charging station management system and receiving vehicle management system configured to transfer power via wireless means each configured with a super capacitor and high density batteries to maximize the power transfer rates and reduce the time necessary to transfer majority of the charge to the vehicle.
