## Abstract

An anti-tamper container for preventing incorrect opening includes a box body, an abutting flanged portion, a cover and at least one opening preventing device. When a force is applied to the cover to rotarily open it upwards, the front inclined surface of the tilting extension sheet presses the pre-dislocated rib to disengage it from the box body so as to prevent reconnection. Thus, the consumers could easily recognize if the cover has been incorrectly opened so as to ensure the quality and safety of the products while avoiding consumption disputes, and safeguarding the rights of consumers and reputation of industry operators with improved applicability. Because a strengthened opening preventing portion is set on the tilting extension sheet, the tilting extension sheet could be prevented from penetrating upwards without breaking the pre-dislocated rib.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An anti-tamper container for preventing incorrect opening, comprising:
a box body, comprising of: a bottom wall, a circumferential wall, an open end and a holding space; of which the circumferential wall further comprises of an inner and an outer ring surfaces;
an abutting flanged portion, set integrally onto or near the open end of the box body to form a spacing ring concave on the box body;
a cover, comprising of a front end and a rear end; the rear end of said cover is linked to the back of the open end of the box body via a coupling flange; said cover could be rotarily covered on the box body by taking the coupling flange as a pivot and abutted into the spacing ring concave;
at least an incorrect opening preventing device, set on the front end of the cover correspondingly to the open end of the box body; said incorrect opening preventing device comprises of:
a tilting extension sheet, which is extended downwards and gradually tilted forward on the front end of the cover; said tilting extension sheet comprises of: a front inclined surface and a rear inclined surface;
a vertical through-hole, set on the open end of the box body correspondingly to the tilting extension sheet; when the cover is covered onto the box body, said tilting extension sheet could penetrate downwards the vertical through-hole;
a pre-dislocated rib, formed in front of the vertical through-hole by a pre-dislocated line extended forwards from both ends of the vertical through-hole;
when a force is applied to the cover to rotarily open it upwards, the front inclined surface of said tilting extension sheet could press the pre-dislocated rib to disengage it from the box body against reconnection, enabling a person to easily recognize if the cover has been incorrectly opened.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The device defined in claim 1, wherein said abutting flanged portion is expanded and formed onto the open end of the box body, or protruded on the inner ring surface of the circumferential wall adjacent to the open end.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The device defined in claim 1, wherein a strengthened opening preventing portion is set on the tilting extension sheet.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The device defined in claim 3, wherein said strengthened opening preventing portion includes at least a flange protruded on the front inclined surface of the tilting extension sheet.

### Claim 5 (depends on 3)

The device defined in claim 3, wherein said strengthened opening preventing portion also includes an inclined stopper which is formed by the rear inclined surface of the tilting extension sheet pressing the front inclined surface and extending upwards obliquely.
