Abstract
A device for the integrated production and filling of containers and a method for cleaning and/or disinfecting at least the mold of at least one molding and filling station of the device. During a cleaning and/or disinfecting operation of the device, at least the inside of the mold is cleaned and/or disinfected with at least one cleaning and/or disinfecting agent by at least one cleaning element. During the cleaning and/or disinfecting operation, the at least one mold is opened and closed at least once, preferably many times and/or the plunger is moved at least once, preferably many times, between its initial position and end position.

A method for cleaning and/or disinfecting at least a mold of at least one molding and filling station of a device for producing filled containers from preforms made of a thermoplastic material, wherein thermally conditioned preforms are each transformed in a molding and filling process in the mold at a pressure exerted by a supplied filling material in a respective container and at least intermittently guided by a plunger and/or stretched in an axial direction, the method comprising the steps of:
- carrying out a cleaning and/or disinfection operation of the device via at least one cleaning element, wherein at least an inside of the mold is cleaned and/or disinfected with at least one cleaning agent and/or disinfecting agent, and, during the cleaning and/or disinfection operation, the at least one mold is opened and closed at least once and/or the plunger is moved at least once between an initial position and an end position.
A device for producing containers, filled with a liquid filling material, from at least thermally conditioned preforms made of a thermoplastic material, comprising:
- at least one molding and filling station having at least one mold and a molding and filling head, wherein the at least one molding and filling station is designed with a plunger which, by axially moving from an initial position, at least intermittently guides and stretches the preform or the container being formed;
- and at least one cleaning element is provided with which at least an inside of the mold of the at least one molding and filling station can be charged with at least one cleaning agent and/or disinfecting agent.
