## Abstract

A method of viewing a highlight package on a client device, comprising at the client device: receiving a video stream comprising a plurality of frames, receiving field of view information from a server, the field of view information identifying, for a frame in the received video stream, positional information defining a segment of the frame, and displaying the defined segment to a user.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of viewing content on a client device, comprising at the client device:
circuitry configured for receiving a video stream comprising a plurality of frames, circuitry configured for receiving field of view information from a server, the field of view information identifying, for a frame in the received video stream, positional information defining a segment of the frame,
and circuitry configured for displaying the defined segment to a user, and circuitry configured for receiving at the client device, annotation information defining an annotation to be displayable on the displayed segment of the frame.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A method according to claim 1, further comprising receiving at the client device for at least the displayed segment of the frame, identification of a location of each detected object within the segment of the frame.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

A method according to claim 2, further comprising the annotation information displayable being metadata associated with each detected object.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

A method according to claim 1, further comprising additional displayable annotation information being generatable at the client device.

### Claim 5 (depends on 2)

A method according to claim 2, further comprising the location information of the detected objects being displayable as player position information.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

A method according to claim 1, comprising receiving the video stream from a source other than the server from which the field of view information is provided.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

A method according to claim 1 comprising transferring a user rating of the content from the client device to the server.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

A method according to claim 1, comprising receiving at the client device a video stream selected on the basis of a rating attributed to the content.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

A method according to claim 1, comprising receiving at the client device a video stream selected on the basis of preferences provided by the user of the client device and stored within the sever.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

A method according to claim 9, wherein the preferences are any one of the favorite soccer team of the user or the favorite content author.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

A method according to claim 1 comprising transferring to the server a modified version of the content.

### Claim 12

A client device, comprising:
a receiver operable to receive a video stream comprising a plurality of frames,
and to receive field of view information from a server, the field of view information identifying, for a frame in the received video stream, positional information defining a segment of the frame, and a display operable in use to display the defined segment to a user,
and wherein the receiver circuitry is operable to receive annotation information defining an annotation to be written on the displayed segment of the frame.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

A device according to claim 12, wherein the receiver circuitry is configured to receive object location information from the server and further configured to display the segment of the frame identifying a location of each detected object within the segment of the frame.

### Claim 14 (depends on 13)

A device according to claim 13, wherein the receiver circuitry is further configured to display the annotation information, wherein the annotation information displayable is metadata associated with each detected object.

### Claim 15 (depends on 12)

A device according to claim 12, wherein the receiver circuitry generates further annotation information, wherein the further annotation information is displayable on the segment.

### Claim 16 (depends on 13)

A device according to claim 13, wherein the receiver circuitry displays the location information of the detected objects as player position information.

### Claim 17 (depends on 12)
