## Abstract

A process of managing a digital photo involves capturing the photo using a digital camera; communicating the photo to a server system; the server system identifying faces of people in the photo; the server system matching the faces to the communication addresses of portable devices of the people; and the server system communicating the photo to the portable devices.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A process of managing a digital photo, comprising:
capturing the photo using a digital camera;
communicating the photo to a server system;
the server system identifying faces of people in the photo;
the server system matching the faces to the communication addresses of portable devices of the people; and
the server system communicating the photo to the portable devices.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The process of claim 1, further comprising:
the server system receiving votes from the portable devices approving or disapproving of the photo.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The process of claim 2, further comprising:
the server system posting the photo to the social media accounts of people corresponding to votes from the portable devices approving of the photo.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The process of claim 3, further comprising:
the server system declining to post the photo to the social media accounts of people corresponding to votes from the portable devices disapproving of the photo.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The process of claim 1, further comprising:
the server system applying vehicle manifest logic to locate and correlate people's faces to faces in the photo based on the manifest.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The process of claim 5, further comprising:
the manifest logic comprising facial photos of people on the vehicle.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The process of claim 6, further comprising:
the manifest logic comprising communication addresses associated with people on the vehicle.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The process of claim 7, further comprising:
the manifest logic comprising one of phone numbers or email addresses associated with people on the vehicle.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The process of claim 1, further comprising:
each person identified in the photo being granted a right to edit a region of the photo identified by the server system as containing an image of the person.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The process of claim 1, further comprising:
the server system posting the photo to the social media accounts of people corresponding to votes from the portable devices approving of the photo, but only on condition that a number of votes of approving of the photo exceeds a defined threshold less than the total number of people identified in the photo.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The process of claim 10, further comprising:
the server system posting the photo to the social media accounts of people corresponding to votes from the portable devices approving of the photo, but declining to tag those people in the photo who did not submit a vote of approval for the photo.

### Claim 12 (depends on 2)

The process of claim 2, further comprising:
the server system digitally removing the image of people in the photo for those people who disapprove of the photo.

### Claim 13

A server system for processing digital photos, comprising:
logic to interface to a machine communication network;
logic to receive a digital photo via the interface to the machine network;
logic to identify faces of people in the photo;
logic to match the faces to the communication addresses of portable devices of the people identified in the photo; and
logic to communicate the photo to the portable devices.

### Claim 14 (depends on 8)

The server system of claim 8, further comprising:
logic to receive and tabulate votes from the portable devices approving or disapproving of the photo.

### Claim 15 (depends on 14)

The server system of claim 14, further comprising:
logic to post the photo to the social media accounts of people corresponding to votes from the portable devices approving of the photo.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

The server system of claim 15, further comprising:
logic to decline to post the photo to the social media accounts of people corresponding to votes from the portable devices disapproving of the photo.

### Claim 17 (depends on 13)

The server system of claim 13, further comprising:
logic to apply vehicle manifest logic to locate and correlate people's faces to faces in the photo based on the manifest.

### Claim 18 (depends on 17)

The server system of claim 17, further comprising:
the manifest logic comprising facial photos of people on the vehicle.

### Claim 19 (depends on 18)

The server system of claim 18, further comprising:
the manifest logic comprising communication addresses associated with people on the vehicle.

### Claim 20 (depends on 13)

The server system of claim 13, further comprising:
logic to digitally remove the image of people in the photo for those people who disapprove of the photo.
