### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

A method as recited in claim 1 wherein said mobile computing device includes a telephone.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

A method as recited in claim 1 wherein said mobile banking device has an internet browsing capability.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

A method as recited in claim 1 wherein said means for transmitting and receiving data from a remotely located computer is wireless.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

A method as recited in claim 1 wherein the step of using said input device to allow a user to log in to said mobile banking software application includes verifying user login information on a data store maintained by the vendor of said mobile banking software application.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

A method as recited in claim 1 wherein said mobile computing device is a hand-held mobile computing device.

### Claim 13
