### Claim 21

A method for preparing an emulsion composition comprising combining (a) at least one aqueous phase comprising at least one a polyamine; and (b) at least one oil phase comprising at least one polar modified polymer to form an emulsion composition.

### Claim 22 (depends on 21)

The method of claim 21, wherein the oil phase comprises at least one volatile oil.

### Claim 23 (depends on 21)

The method of claim 21, wherein the oil phase comprises at least one non-volatile oil.

### Claim 24 (depends on 21)

The method of claim 21, wherein the at least one polyamine is a branched polyalkyleneimine.

### Claim 25 (depends on 21)

The method of claim 21, wherein the at least one polyamine is a polyethyleneimine.

### Claim 26 (depends on 21)

The method of claim 21, wherein the polyamine is present in an amount of from about 0.05 to about 20% by weight, based on the weight of the composition.

### Claim 27 (depends on 26)

The method of claim 26, wherein the polar modified polymer is present in an amount of from about 1% to about 30% by weight, based on the weight of the composition.
