## Abstract

In an electric power system with a distributed power source, a fluctuation of its system voltage is brought about by an amount of power generation of the distributed power source that depends on weather. Stabilization of the system voltage is realized by generating a driving signal of a switch that the system has from weather forecast information and power system information and switching a configuration of the system.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A system voltage stabilizer, comprising:
an input part for inputting weather forecast information; and
an instruction calculation part for obtaining an open/close instruction for connecting/disconnecting each of switches of a system so that a voltage fluctuation of the system affected by the air current fluctuation may be suppressed.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The system stabilizer according to claim 1, comprising a power generation quantity inference part for inferring an amount of power generation of a natural energy power generation apparatus based on the weather information,
wherein the open/close instruction is calculated based on the inferred amount of power generation together with the system configuration information.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The system electric power stabilizer according to claim 1, comprising:
a driving signal generation part for generating a driving signal of the switch from the open/close instruction.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The system electric power stabilizer according to claim 1,
wherein the natural energy power generation apparatus is solar photovoltaic generation or/and wind power generation.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The system electric power stabilizer according to claim 1,
wherein the weather forecast information includes an amount of solar radiation in an electric power system having solar photovoltaic generation, and a wind speed in an electric power system having wind power generation.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The system electric power stabilizer according to claim 1,
wherein the system configuration information includes a connection point of a distributed power source, a line of the system, and a kind of a voltage control apparatus.

### Claim 7 (depends on 3)

The system electric power stabilizer according to claim 3,
wherein the driving signal of the switch described therein is generated so that an influence of a fluctuation of an amount of power generation of a distributed power source based on the weather forecast information on a voltage fluctuation of an electric power system may become minimum.

### Claim 8 (depends on 3)

The system electric power stabilizer according to claim 3,
wherein the driving signal of the switch is generated so that the system may go through a plurality of stages of system configurations that span from a system configuration at the present moment to a system configuration that is reconfigured.

### Claim 9

A system voltage stabilization method, comprising:
inputting weather forecast information; and
obtaining an open/close instruction for connecting/disconnecting each of switches of a system so that a voltage fluctuation of the system affected by a weather fluctuation may be suppressed based on the weather information, the inferred amount of power generation, and system configuration information.
