Abstract
In various embodiments, a computer-implemented method for generating and verifying officially verifiable electronic representations may be disclosed. The method may comprise receiving, by a credential database, a request for a credential action. The credential database may be configured to store one or more credentials comprising a status indicator. The method may further comprise determining, by the credential database, a response to the credential action based on the one or more user credentials stored in the credential database and transmitting, by the credential database, the response to a client device.
Claims39
A computer-implemented method for generating and verifying officially verifiable electronic representations, the method comprising:
- receiving, by a credential engine executed by a processor, a request for a credential action;
- determining, by the credential action, a response to the credential action based on the one or more user credentials;
- and
- transmitting, by the processor, the response to the credential action.
A computer-implemented method for requesting an officially verifiable electronic representation, the method comprising:
- generating, by a processor, a request for a credential action comprising a credential identifier;
- transmitting, by the processor, the request for the credential action to a credential engine;
- receiving, by the processor, a response to the request for the credential action.
An apparatus for generating and verifying officially verifiable electronic representations, the apparatus comprising:
- a processor;
- a memory unit operatively coupled to the processor, the memory unit configured to store a plurality of instructions, wherein the instructions are configured to program the processor to:
- execute a credential engine, wherein the credential engine is configured to receive a request for a credential action;
- receive the request for a credential action;
- determine a response to the credential action based on one or more stored user credentials;
- and
- transmit the response to a client device.
