Abstract
The present disclosure is directed towards automatically determining a context of an communication which is to be sent to a first user (615). Once the communication context is determined, other users are automatically suggested to receive the communication in that a characteristic of the user profiles of the suggested users match the context of the communication (630). The communication can then be forwarded to the suggested users in accordance with user input (635).

A method for transmitting a communication to a plurality of users comprising the steps of:
- associating a context to an communication transmitted to a first user in a communication network;
- and
- indicating said context of said communication.
A method generating a user interface comprising the steps of:
- associating a context to a communication transmitted to a first user in a communication network;
- and
- displaying a graphical element corresponding to said context of said electronic communication.
An apparatus for transmitting communications electronically comprising:
- a controller that determines a context of an electronic message that is to be transmitted to a user;
- a video processor that generates a display of a graphic element that corresponds to said element and a representation of a second user;
- where said controller said representation because a criteria of a profile corresponding to said second user matches said context and said user and second user are linked;
- and
- said controller transmitting said electronic message to said user and second user in response to a user input.
