Abstract

An information processing method includes: obtaining, when an operation control in an automatic operation process used for automatically executing an operation control for a plurality of computers is executed, when an error is detected in a first computer among the plurality of computers is executed, first information that indicates the role of the first computer and second information that indicates the configuration of a system to which the first computer belongs; and obtaining case data including a condition that matches or is similar to a condition that includes at least the contents of the operation control, the contents of the error, the role of the first computer indicated by the first information and the configuration of the system to which the first computer belongs which is indicated in the second information.

Dependent claims

An information processing method comprising:

obtaining, when an operation control in an automatic operation process used for automatically executing an operation control for a plurality of computers is executed, when an error is detected in a first computer among the plurality of computers is executed, first information that indicates the role of the first computer and second information that indicates the configuration of a system to which the first computer belongs;
and
obtaining case data including a condition that matches or is similar to a condition that includes at least the contents of the operation control, the contents of the error, the role of the first computer indicated by the first information and the configuration of the system to which the first computer belongs which is indicated in the second information.

An apparatus comprising:

a memory;
and,
a processor coupled to the memory and configured to:
obtain, when an operation control in an automatic operation process used for automatically executing an operation control for a plurality of computers is executed, when an error is detected in a first computer among the plurality of computers is executed, first information that indicates the role of the first computer and second information that indicates the configuration of a system to which the first computer belongs, and
obtain case data including a condition which matches or is similar to a condition that includes at least the contents of the operation control, the contents of the error, the role of the first computer indicated by the first information, and the configuration of the system to which the first computer belongs which is indicated by the second information.
