Presenting referrers according to degrees of association

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions executable by data processing apparatus to perform operations to present referrers for a job, the operations comprising:

• identifying a plurality of referrers, wherein referrals for candidates for a job in an organization have been sought from each of the plurality of referrers;
• determining a respective degree of association of each referrer of the plurality of referrers with the organization based on a type of each referrer;
• generating a user interface that displays an organization object representing the organization and a plurality of referrer objects, each referrer object representing a corresponding referrer of the plurality of referrers;
• arranging, in the user interface, each referrer object relative to the organization object according to the respective degree of association determined for each referrer based on the type of each referrer that each referrer object represents;
• and
• providing the user interface for presentation.

A system comprising:

• data processing apparatus;
• and
• a computer-readable medium storing instructions executable by the data processing apparatus to perform operations to present referrers for a job, the operations comprising:
• identifying a plurality of referrers, wherein referrals for candidates for a job in an organization have been sought from each of the plurality of referrers;
• determining a respective degree of association of each referrer of the plurality of referrers with the organization based on a type of each referrer;
• generating a user interface that displays an organization object representing the organization and a plurality of referrer objects, each referrer object representing a corresponding referrer of the plurality of referrers;
• arranging, in the user interface, each referrer object relative to the organization object according to the respective degree of association determined for each referrer based on the type of each referrer that each referrer object represents;
• and
• providing the user interface for presentation.
