Identity resolution for consumers with shared credentials

A method for facilitating consumer identity resolution, the method comprising:

• storing a plurality of consumer records, each record comprising historical transaction records obtained from at least two different sources;
• receiving a request, the request including consumer credential information that potentially relates to each of the consumer records and a set of contextual transaction data;
• and
• selecting one of the consumer records based on the consumer credential information, the contextual transaction data, and the historical transaction records;
• wherein the method is performed by one or more computing devices.

One or more computer readable media storing program instructions adapted to facilitate consumer identity resolution, wherein execution of the program instructions by a data processing system causes:

• storing a plurality of consumer records, each record comprising historical transaction records obtained from at least two different sources;
• receiving a request, the request including consumer credential information that potentially relates to each of the consumer records and a set of contextual transaction data;
• and
• selecting one of the consumer records based on the consumer credential information, the contextual transaction data, and the historical transaction records.
